Reiki
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing/balancing of the body.

How it works: I use a light non invasive touch, or hover my hands over the body to help clear 'stuck' energy.
How it feels: Most people experience a warm, glowing sensation and leave the session feeling deeply peaceful, lighter and mentally clear.
The goal: To move your body from 'fight or flight' mode into a state of deep rest where natural healing can happen.
